Taringa Medical Facility
WES Air and WES Q are proud to be working with Evans Built on this multipurpose-building project, incorporating state of the art medical facilities (i.e. radiology and oncology departments). WES Air and WES Q are responsible for the electrical, mechanical and communications services supply, including cable support and ducts systems; low voltage power systems; automatic transfer switch; uninterruptible power supply (ups); custom built switchboards; power factor correction; lighting; emergency evacuation lighting; telecommunications cabling; television distribution systems; lightning protection and electronic security. Construction on this $32.5 million project commenced in December 2016.
Opal – Kawana Waters Residential Aged Care Facility
WES Q has worked in partnership with McNab on the Opal Aged Care Facility at Kawana. The partnership has successfully delivered many key services to the Opal project, such as HVAC, electrical, NurseCall, security, and communication. This project is a culmination in the delivery of a vertically integrated 140 bed high-care need, aged care facility
Dugald River Site Project
WES Q are proud to be working with Ostwald Bros on this new project. We are providing the electrical services on the Accommodation Village expansion at the MMG Dugald River zinc, lead and silver project in North-West Queensland.
Baralaba Multipurpose Health Service
WES Q was the Electrical and Data/ Communications Contractor for Baralaba Health Service, for head contractor Evans Harch/Queensland Health, with work completed March 2012. Services included supplying and installing NurseCall system; security systems; generation system; electrical, power and lighting; MATV; test and commision; MOLEX certified communication systems.
Siena Catholic College
WES Q was the Electrical and Data/Communications contractor for work at Siena Catholic College, Chancellor Park by Boss Constructions, completed April 2015. Services included supplying and installing communications cabling; sub mains and conduits; distribution board; fire system; provision of temporary builders supplies as necessary; power connection; Audio Visual supply and installation.
Pulse Oceanside Medical Kawana
WES Q is the Electrical Contractor for the new Pulse Oceanside Medical Complex, Kawana by Evans Built/Evans Long, due for completion December 2015. Services include mains, submains and conduits; meter panel; distribution board; power installation; lighting installation; communications cabling installation; security alarm system; testing and commissioning; maintenance.
