Our Team

The stability and reliability of WES Group stems from the highly professional and qualified team behind our name, led by Managing Director Ian Grayson.


WES Group is a strong supporter of new technology and training, and many of our tradespeople started with WES as apprentices. Our specialist teams cater to a wide range of projects, including HVAC, air conditioning, communications and data connectivity, power factor correction, and electrical services. We know that their great depth of knowledge, experience and commitment is one of our greatest assets and we ensure this is fostered with ongoing, relevant industry training and product awareness.

Ian Grayson

MANAGING DIRECTOR / ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR


Since establishing his business as Wurtulla Electrical Systems in 1992, Ian Grayson has more than maintained the same passion and commitment he had for the industry back then. Now, over 25 years and countless projects later, he is realising his vision of developing a dynamic, well respected, and nationally recognised company in the HVAC, Air Conditioning, Electrical and Data Communications industries. Louise Collins

OPERATIONS MANAGER


Louise plays a vital role within the senior management team at WES Group, having stated with the company in 2010. Louise is the point of contact for all Human Resource, Operational, and Financial Management activities; she contributes significantly toward the achievement of the company’s strategy, operational targets, and overall business objectives.

Gary Schulz

HVAC DIVISION MANAGER


Prior to joining the WES Group team in a management capacity, Gary had previously worked as a contractor on projects Australia wide across the various WES Group business units. Gary’s experience in providing quality HVAC solutions has seen him excel as HVAC Division Manager.

Kelsey Clark

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION


As WES Group’s key facility maintenance and co-ordination assistant, Kelsey is a committed team player. She has a broad range of administration skills that are integral to the mobilisation of our project teams; ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Kelsey consistently provides comprehensive back up and support for site related requirements and crew liaisons.
